ObjectDock, RocketDock, and RKLauncher are all common and popular dock programs; you can get icon packages from DeviantArt. I believe you'll have to "obtain" the full version of Objectdock it fully, though. I prefer ObjectDock over RocketDock (not really customizable enough) and RKLauncher (too slow), having used all three.
Also, I just realized; I believe the revival of this thread back in November can be accreditted to me. :f3:
I use a program called StarDock. :goggle:

It's a really sad story... this is my favorite painting, and the artist that painted it is a friend. Well, was. She got killed in a car accident in February. >.< It was the first time I lost somebody that mattered to me. She was a good person and a genius at what she did. Her complete humility was really surprising (and refreshing) for a person that had such skill and talent.

Just thought I'd show off MapleStory running in Parallels 5 Crystal Mode. It's amazing. It's slower than Boot Camp but for a virtual machine with 512mb of RAM allocated to it, it runs flawlessly. I'm planning on upgrading to 4 GB of RAM so my VM can have 2 GB.
