Went back to my hometown with my siblings and spent most of the evening lounging around the house we grew up in. We brewed up some Irish nog, listened to a little Gillespie and Coltrane, and reminisced about how stupid we were as kids. Though my childhood memories weren't particularly kind to me, and the thick scent of heady perfume was more intoxicating than the brew, I enjoyed our time together. It's been 2~3 years since we've actually been in the same room together, and I'm starting to think that maybe a little time with my roots may not be all that insufferable.

The entire day was spent with last minute Christmas shopping. Fortunately, nothing bad happened, except for once the most cheapest gift on the entire list, a $10 League RP card, was out. Shouda seen that coming from a mile away.

I got mostly money for Christmas; the gifts that I received were a Puma Jacket and a Teddy Bear holding a bar of Godiva chocolate.
Making Christmas cookies. No presents, but wasn't expecting any.
I got a $20 Steam Wallet card. YAY! That's all I got though.
I got an Asus Tablet, Clothes, Radio FM player and lots of school supplies for Christmas~
It's also hinted strongly I'm getting a Wii U for my birthday in two weeks. Pretty happy Christmas over all. Parents also enjoyed my gifts I got for them as well as my brother.

Had a pretty good day with my family, watched The Princess and the Frog and Tangled with my mum, had a drink of whiskey with my dad, we invited my uncle around for christmas dinner since he has been living alone since my granddad died last year, and my brother really smiled (which he very rarely does) when he was given a present of a new wireless mouse for his laptop (which was my idea).
I got a bunch of chocolate and sweets, a book about Studio Ghibli films, both parts of the Mawaru Penguindrum DVD Boxset and some professional shaving stuff and some deodorant (clearly they are trying to make me take a hint ;P)
My parents got me some One Direction themed sweets as a joke, because I saw them in a shop and thought how ridiculous they are.
We even got the dogs some presents, including a massive bone each and 2 strong rubber balls (and they got a generous helping of the turkey). They actually get excited for christmas, it's so cute. they help us unwrap the presents.

Woke up and opened presents with family; got a nice sweater and pants for work. Then mom and I took meatloaf and stuff to my great aunt Lorraine's and had a nice time, and on the way home stopped at a theater and saw Frozen. :))))))
