It'll be removed by the time I'm 209. :3
(The revamped DW screens Zelkova posted show him getting full exp @200 from NLC mobs, that currently get the penalty.)

I think somewhere along the line they made it so monsters that are lower level give normal exp again. but I think that was with the Phantom/ Mercedes revamp or something.

Came with the DW revamp in KMS, so it got bundled with ours. Big Grin
