My motivation is to bypass my old Ranger (3 levels to gooo), wear new equipment (110 = Naricain pendant gogogo) and 4th Job (17 levels to go...).
I usually come up with a new reason when I get to all those levels.

I watch the videos I have on my Creative Zen (don't know another word for it xD) again and again. I just put some Shadower videos on it to motivate myself ^_^

For my motivation, I use Jack's (Relation's) (ALastReprise's) videos on youtube. Personally, I view them as the most inspirational and motivational videos on youtube. I'm just lucky they're for the ranger class. Keep em up Jack.
