Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Baklava - 2009-01-20 IsaacGS Wrote:That's true, they really did switch off Gameguard. I wasn't very enthused with this change. KMS doesn't really have any hacking issues, but this might be enough to prompt it. >_> But they have a huge botting issue. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Tykian - 2009-01-20 Chameleonic Wrote:So whats HackShield like compared to GameGuard? Despite Spadow's blog (hope he's joking), it's incredibly weaker. I'd go into details about why, but at that point, people might start getting ideas. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - IsaacGS - 2009-01-20 KMST 1.2.194 already. They made this Zakum Branch wand into a "Bind on Equip" weapon, like the 120 gear. Guess I overreacted a bit on the greed issue :p Tweaked return maps on CPQ2 fields also. There weren't really any other substantial changes. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - modular - 2009-01-20 Takebacker Wrote:Why would it matter if the end result is another luckless wand? There's no proof of it being luckless, but still. if it IS upgradable and requires luk when upgraded but has 2-3x the m att of any other mage weapon of comparable level, then mages at or near/above that level wont complain about how unfair it is for non-mage classes to have weapons upgradable with weapon att instead of whatever their main stat is (str/dex/luk). currently, thats the main complaint from mages about their weapons. mages cant ever increase their spell's attack like physical classes can with their weapons. idk how you got "lukless" out of what i said, lvl10 is practically irrelevant in terms of differentiation between luk and lukless. the regular lvl10 staff has a 13 luk requirement, 9 luk can be made up easily without any true differentiation. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Baklava - 2009-01-20 IsaacGS Wrote:KMST 1.2.194 already. Boss sets! Scratch that, PIANUS GUN. /lol Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Sailor Psychic - 2009-01-20 IsaacGS Wrote:KMST 1.2.194 already. What's a "Bind on Equip" weapon? :f6: Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - PeePeeAyeDeeKay - 2009-01-20 Sailor Psychic Wrote:What's a "Bind on Equip" weapon? :f6:It means the equip becomes untradeable once it's been equipped even once. Only tradable if the item has never been equipped before. wonder if Karma Scissors still work now... Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Kirov - 2009-01-20 Baklava Wrote:They're pulling a trickster and making boss equip-sets. loooooool They sort of already have Boss/Area themed weapons. The 110 dragon set is linked to Horntail/Leafre. Then there are the timeless weapons. They should go back and add in exclusive boss equips though. But screw a pianus fin blade I want pianus fish lips mouth equip. Cheesecake Wrote:Wow thats a pretty tanked wand for lvl 10.And anyone got screens of fairytale land? If you can navigate Insoya there are videos of it. Chameleonic Wrote:So whats HackShield like compared to GameGuard? Everyone seems to say it is worse than gameguard (Is that even possible?) Combat Arms uses it and it's full of hackers. So if this ever comes to GMS I am guessing we will see some old school hacking again. IsaacGS Wrote:KMST 1.2.194 already. I am guessing it must be upgradable then. I'm interested to see where this goes. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Baklava - 2009-01-20 Tespia 1.2.195 released last night, Spiegelman rings were replaced by a "Spiegelman's Chaos Necklace" which is basically the same stats as a regular Spiegelman's necklace -- except for 1 Att/M.Att Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - IsaacGS - 2009-01-20 Baklava Wrote:Tespia 1.2.195 released last night, Spiegelman rings were replaced by a "Spiegelman's Chaos Necklace" which is basically the same stats as a regular Spiegelman's necklace -- except for 1 Att/M.Att... Wish they'd make up their minds. >_> Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Kirov - 2009-01-20 What that blows..... Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Dusk - 2009-01-20 I like this change, but they should still realize that the Magic Attack should be 4 or 5. The rings would have caused a lot of chaos. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Sn1perJohnE - 2009-01-20 IsaacGS Wrote:... it is Nexon after all right? X_X but it would have been WAY better using the rings, since most people are more likely to use deputy stars (GMS/ CWK realesed versions at least). I kind of liked the idea of it being a ring, since there is almost NO equip for that slot >_> Also, on the Zakum Branch, its somewhat interesting that they are making a boss drop a themed weapon for that boss. I like the idea, since a lot of classes have a lack of alternatives when it comes to weapon choice (barely any bows >_>). so id like to see em make a whole set of boss weapons as alternatives to the normal sets. EDIT: With dungeon farming I mean farming it for 3 hours straight each day. Yup, 'only' 21 hours of work, and I also got a lot of money of other drops, but hey, it's a level 4x dungeon, I farmed it in the 5x! Now while its interesting to find a very low amount of this in Maple, now that they have what they have, they are bring in alternatives to everything else they already have. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Takebacker - 2009-01-20 I would much rather they bring out level 130, 140, 150 etcetera weapons and armors before they do boss themed equips. o_o Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - NoWaizMatt - 2009-01-20 With 1 att, the new Necklace is better than a Deputy Star in some cases. Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Takebacker - 2009-01-20 NoWaizMatt Wrote:With 1 att, the new Necklace is better than a Deputy Star in some cases. Assuming you can scroll it with marbles for 90 HP/MP. Only if you're like 15x+ and by then, you probably have a HT pendant. Kinda screws it up though if you use one of the stats to wear your gear/weapon Patch:Tespia 1.2.193 - Cancambo - 2009-01-20 Takebacker Wrote:Assuming you can scroll it with marbles for 90 HP/MP. Or you can scroll it with chaos scrolls to add even more weapon attack. |
