glitched meant that your character couldn't do anything in future henesys, it was playable, but simply "stuck" in whichever map you were, meaning you couldn't leave future henesys without another teleport.
i can guarantee 99% this had nothing to do with duping.
and now that the "public" one is patched, anyone mind telling me how that one worked? didn't care enough to look into it.

Far as I know, it's not patched. Just harder to do I assume.
