It means you lose exp based on your lvl and the lvl of the monster that killed you. Theres some chart somewhere but I forgot where it was

Yes, but the area has turned into the "Next best area after ToT". The stats are slightly higher than Oblivion mobs and they net slightly better exp. The only benefit is they kept the "Party Play Zone" for the place. Other than that, you're stuck with LHC or MP from tomorrow onward.

In terms of effectiveness, it's way down the list. It's not a bad backup, but you're just better off with LHC and MP.

Seems like a waste of time to me considering that Legends will bring several rings that trump it.

09.28.2011 – 10.26.2011
When an Explorer Warrior/Bowman/Magician makes the 1st Job advancement during the event period, the quest begins automatically.
You will receive one Lv. 10 equipment Box, 1 Lv. 20 Equipment Box, 1 Lv. 25 Equipment Box, and 1 ring.
When the equipment box is double-clicked, 1 hat, 1 gender-specific top, bottom, or overall, 1 pair of shoes, 1 pair of gloves (each random) are given based on the box's level.

To reply to Killed, no that is incorrect. All the 3/4 stat enhancement scrolls do is make an item that has 0 go to 4, 1 go to 4, 2-4 and so on. This was tested with someone in Bello who got the scroll from PVP and would only work on equips with less then 4 stars.

And yay no fix for Draco, not even a SMALL bug fix/known issue list. -_- So dissapointed, what a surprise aha.

I think the critical ring is better than the magical ring, here's a comparison Rainsforever did
for the wise man and crit ring:

The ring would be beneficial to all of the mages except f/p due to their low crit rate.

Aren't those Dews quest items? I heard that quest items are not affected.
