The World Map is incorrect, wasn't updated for the area-boss changes. Aka no "Portal" NPC listed on maps where it exists, and bosses like King Clang are still listed as spawning in their previous locations.

There are 2 Blue Mushmoms in the book.
Even though you can't click on the photo of the monster in the book, if you type it into the search bar with correct caps and spacing, the drop list comes up if you got the card. Also, if you actually click on a monster running around on the map, it opens up the book to its drop list page.

That's not a bug. There is the KMS Blue Mushmom in Henesys and the original JMS version in Mushroom Shrine.

Skelosaurus don't drop their monster card (you might want to confirm this, but I'm pretty sure considering how high the drop rate is on the cards and how I haven't found one after killing 800 or so of them).

It would seem they messed up Feline Berserk. Now, when the wings are out you can make them appear on the ground instead of on the Jaguar's back when you begin moving. If you rapidly press an arrow key, then the wings can be kept on the ground.

Uh, glitch?
GM Scrolls are dropping at Golden Temple... again. Had two tickets on mule to hunt the chair and ended up finding three scrolls within three hours.
To somehow show that these were dropped post age of triumph patch, I've dragged the little box on top of the crusader codex.

The final ring of the Silent Crusade which states that it increases the exp-rate by 2%, doesn't do that. It gives a notice in the chat-window, but the exp gained from killing monsters is unchanged. (checked with both the exp bar and the little text on the right of your screen).

Definitely lol'd. Seems like when Nexon patched to 1.00, they overwrote the drop list back to when GM Scrolls were still in place.
Remember when Hob King PQ's mass-leveling exploit got fixed? It returned when Nexon patched to the next version.

I'm not sure if this would be considered a glitch, but I noticed in Tespia, the KMS method of willpower was implemented, where you gain +6 willpower every 5 minutes, but this wasn't carried over to main server.

I don't know if this is a glitch, but one of the aspects I enjoyed most about Chaos was PvP. One question: What happened? I took the day off yesterday to card hunt, hear about looniness going on in PvP, see a USC to fix things, come back and this. I can't break 2K on FFA on 1.5X when I was habitually dancing around 5K. Naturally this means mediocre EXP and worst of all, garbage amount of BP. Couple that with
Take back CTF, throw it in the garbage. We all know this is what caused it, I don't care for the mode, no one does. Nexon America, no more exclusive content please, just copy JMS (properly, next time) and let KMS act as your Tespia before giving us dubious content. I don't care if they get Masteria expansions first or if it takes 6 months to get here, no more.

Zeno, Toy Black Knight and Timer. The quest doesn't allow you to complete. It says 0/1.. Works on some others just not Ludi and Omega.

I don't know if it's a glitch, but I can't seem to get chief oblivion guardian card after 200 kills when some friends got it after 3-4 kills. Same thing happened to a guildie for skelegon card...

I've gotten Skelegon card, but I haven't tried to get COG. Can't get there (lol).
I think there are people on SP who've gotten all teh ToT cards, so they drop. Some monsters just have a really bad droprate.

This most definitely happens every time nexon decides to patch something. That or they reactive something that they blocked before (like an exploit) and make it fully functional again.
