no, but doesn't hurricane like skills do it on per arrow basis(since mp reduction is by arrow count rather than a fixed set of arrows liek DS and Strafe) rather than per skill key pressed? (strafe would only get 1 chance, double shot 1 chance, and hurricane skills, one chance per arrow is it not?)

You see the arrow shoot out doubled the speed? No, it's only the same speed but 2 arrow per attack(else you won't see a 2nd damage above the first one).

OH i get it now, its as if its normal hurricane, but shooting 2 arrows per mp cast rather than 2 separate arrows right?

Can't really say anything true about it until you have tested if you get damage dealt from damage reflect like that would request someone to test it if that was possible.
They don't seem to have changed much else than possibly making it harder to knock bosses back, it's still the most agile class that I've seen but I would rather play a cannon shooter.
