I read that 13 page topic about this on GK and apparently people found out how it works. They're saying the 15hr SC is because of this.

You can't packet edit something that is completely server sided. It isn't a packet edit, it's another form of exploiting.

Average for mine is 2 Attack, sometimes 2 for other stats. I think scrolls just dont like you Isaac a_@

They can add from 0 to 5. It is easier to get 5 the more stars you land though. Also, I'm hearing its not even packet editing.
