I don't get where people magically get high HP on all their characters. I have to figure that there's something special going on here, maybe something to do with all that OP gear you guys have (Not trying to start anything, referring to how everyone in GMS has a ton of low level crap that gives insane buffs, or at least did, but if it made an effect on your HP per level gain that effect is still standing). My Paladin doesn't have over 25k HP with full Empress. None of my other characters have over 15k HP. Several are over the 140 barrier. My Kanna has something like 13k with full Empress Set. My Bowmaster, before I deleted it because I hated the, get this, low HP, had under 10k at 130.
I really want to know how everyone in GMS has so much HP, because no character in JMS I've made ever gets as much as everyone from GMS claims to have.

My main issue with MS doing this mainly is that you could have all the skill and just one bit of lag would be enough to undo all of your efforts.
Exactly. Even if you knew death was potentially coming in DQ, there's something you could do about it. Toss all your gold in the bank, don't use items, and when you die, there's nearly no reprecussions (Loss of Gold to revive everyone is way less than half your gold in most situations). If worst comes to worst, you just reset the game (Kind of a cop out, but still the option is there).
Here, there's nothing you can do to prepare, and nothing you can do to avoid it. I remember when I was doing Akyrum for my Cygnus Knight buff, I would die, re-enter, and die immediately again within 5 seconds, before even attacking again, because of that AOE kill or something similar. How is that a fun thing to do? Now with bosses like Empress having 1hkos from map skills is just dumb...and bosses that do all of your health in damage is stupid.

I really think Nexon should hire one of the Castlevania developers. Especially one of the newer DS ones. Those guys have made some of the most interesting and amazing bosses.

Aswan hard mode isn't that bad as I'm normally the most agile Phantom of the attacking group with the least deaths...but that Dark Genesis' range is quite a different story especially since you can only use the WoF to respawn or eat a loss.

You should check out Very Hard mode for Sengoku.
That end tower 1-hits you. Always. And it goes through iframes. It's the most insane bullshiit ever.
Me and @Link; tried to beat it multiple times back when it first came out because there was an event to do VH 10 times for both Attack and Defend, and get an awesome medal. That shiit was impossible.
But yeah, WoF needed to respawn at Empress when she 1-hits you seems to be Nexon's new money grab, I guess. Apparently cubes didn't rake in enough anymore.

Considering there's only so much you can cube I'd suppose so. On the other hand just how many WoFs can you go through before you realize a suicide mission is a suicide mission?

FFS she doesn't one hit anymore
Re: CMST 071 New BOSS(KMS Unlimited BOSS)
So these bosses don't do touch damage?
Not usually one to judge, but these guys have terrible control.
Re: CMST 071 New BOSS(KMS Unlimited BOSS)
Well put it this way... if it weren't for the terrible control, we won't see the terrible bits of the bosses! I'd like to be able to know all the numbers that one would expect for a boss battle before running into one, and also see all the attacks and stuff from the average player's eyes.
