He has an Int of 3011 (834+2177) and a Range of (29189-39198)

The numbers in the 158 I/L video are very strange. How the hell is Ice Demon doing 22,789 DoT in the 158 I/L video, yet their CLs barely hit 120k non-crits? Max Ice Demon = 100% DoT = 22,789 max range -> max observed non-crit, non-Infinity boosted CL ~123k to be generous / 0.75 for 25% defense = 164k damage.
164,000/22,789 = 719.6% damage. Level 1 CL does 997.5% damage with Amp, so they must not have Amp or something. If his Ice Demon isn't maxed, then it's even more bizarre.
The numbers scared the hell out of me because I calculated my raw buffed Paralyze damage to be well over 200k with a buffed range of only 15.8k, and here this guy is doing some pitiful damage with Chain Lightning but somehow his Ice Demon DoT is doing almost as much damage as my Paralyze DoT.

Pap only has a 25% defense reduction? For some reason i thought it was 50%.

I'm pretty sure he's saying that DoT doesn't go in when you spam paralyze. Paralyze resets DoT timing when it's cast, and since it's faster than the DoT itself, the DoT can't take affect. Currently, it you just spam paralyze, none of the DoT can affect the mob, even if the DoT was from someone else (ex: thief's venom)

That explains it. But I thought this DoT issue with paralyze was either a a).glitch b).the effect might be there but hidden from view somehow o.0 c).intended (LOL to that).
