Good to see a nerf to the Phlog, it was getting ridiculous. Pyros capping points by getting invincible on their taunt. UGH.
I don't see that many Snipers giving up their Jarate/Crit Dagger thingy combo though.

They changed the penalty on the Enforcer again. The 0.5 second increase in time taken to decloak has been changed into... a -20% firing speed penalty.
If it wasn't for the fact that the inability to see enemy health while undisguised thing is still there, I'd say they're making the Enforcer into another of those boring cop-out weapons (see: Winger, Family Business)
Well, it shouldn't be a no-brainer choice of OP weapon either. There's no reason not to get an Enforcer if you are using DR.Quote:

With the move speed reduction the cozy camper leaves you a real sitting duck for other snipers. I heard seen some people in game say it is bugged and the move speed reduction is more than it should be. On the whole though I feel it’s one of the more balanced items they have added recently.
Does anyone actually want to play a game within the SP group? Pub servers get boring.

I had forgotten how amusing it is to play Sniper (but only when either I'm the only Sniper on team or there's only one other Sniper). Mostly Jarate shenanigans to be credit to team, and Lucksman in popping out from behind cover, fire an arrow, and hope I either headshot or bodyshot for a good 100+ damage. Also way less dying when I'm not scoping in. Will need to practice more with stock weapon if I wanna play Sniper better.
Man, I forgot how fun was it to play on Zombie servers.
Like I said I'd be up for a game within the group, but if anyone knows of a good server within the US (closer to California, preferably) that isn't boring or scrubby I'd love the info for that.
I've been playing those for the past week, it gets addictive. I tried it when it first came out and enjoyed it. I've never touched it for ages until I stumbled across the newer Super Zombie Fortress version and got addicted again.Quote:

According to some FacePunch users who looked into the game files, what Strange Parts do is that they add an extra stat to track on a Strange weapon.
Including:
- [Class] Killed
- Headshots
- Buildings Destroyed
- Projectiles Deflected
- Kills on Airborne Enemies
- Gibbings
Engi got a PDA slot and Spy got a Sapper slot in the load out menu, which is exciting.
And the reason for that is...
They added a Strange Electro-Sapper in Crate Series 40.
