I don't understand how people can spend money on games like this. I'd play it if were free, and i'd get bored of it within minutes. I'd put as much effort into the game as they did in making it, squat.
The youtube comments call games like this "Pewdiebait" and I think that's very fitting, because it's the kind of game that a douchenozzle like that would play in order to give it attention and sales for anyone gullible enough to buy it
Apparently Steam Greenlight is full of games like this, and it does not surprise me one bit.

i believe you're referring to when the bread spazzes out and gets all melty for a second?
that's actually a fairly common thing in every game that has ragdoll physics, what happens is one node gets tugged on a bit TOO hard, and it stretches the model out, and then the physics tries to catch up, and the melt happens while it tries to figure out where everything SHOULD be, and then they all snap back into place
