Cause my lvl 38 gunslinger with a 10 att glove clears about 150ish in 5/6
and like 30 in 3/4

Jump forward and Power Strike at the same time so you keep moving. Speed helps. When I was CPQing, I had two sets of equipment. Maple Impaler + 15/6 Chainmail (lulz) for when I needed Accuracy, i.e. Avoid+, and a Bathrobe for etc. occassions for the Speed. I chose an Impaler because I found the speed advantage suited my funding better than what I could afford and find with a Scorpio/Nine Dragons/Snowboard. If there are two or more monsters, Slash Blast. If monsters are close together but you can't hit all of them at once, jump towards them while you're Slash Blasting so you can gather a mob.
If it's Bowmen, Sins, or Gunslingers, summon Trojans or Master Chronos and Speed/W.Atk+. Weaken and/or Darkness helps too. Wait until you have some Stunners lying on the floor before you start summoning so you can get a kill. If it's any other job, try to avoid summoning any monsters and go with Avoid+ If they're still killing things, go W. Atk Cancel.
Guard+ is actually Magic+ and vice-versa. Not many people know that.

yeah lvl 39... i can do about 200 in 5/6 and 150ish in 3/4 and less than 100 in 1/2...
and damage REALLY sucks... a bandit can hit the same damage each hit... at almost same speed without worrying about minimum range... so it's technically 3x stronger
i hit at most ... 230s on robos
just got to 40 but haven't scrolled my gun yet *100%ing 2 above average*

i'm currently at 40 with 4 invisi shot, 5 wings, 1 recoil, 1 grenade *for the heck of it lol* and max mastery...
i WANT more recoil... but i NEED invisi shot... so i'm forcing myself to level up invisi shot now >.<

Slingers are bad at CPQ regardless of your build. You may pwn others, but I guarantee you that with the same funding for equips and a similar level of skill controlling your character and know-how with using CP, any warrior, thief, archer, Brawler, or Wizard can outdo your slinger.
I think Fighters with a Maple Weapon (1h sword or 2h axe) or some other weapon that adds a ton of accuracy and still has a good amount of ATT and Spearmen are the best overall if they have a lot of funding, though there are plenty of situations where Bandits, Assassins, and Brawlers are better.
Pages are just inferior versions of Fighters in 2nd job, since their skill set is the same minus Rage.
Warriors with very low dex and a maple weapon can easily surpass 130 accuracy, at which point they can hit monsters in Avoid up reasonably often (on my Axe Fighter, I can safely ignore Avoid up on maps 5/6, as I rarely miss the rombots at all). Even with a lot invested in accuracy, they can still pump out well over 3k on single targets by 45 (remember, 3k for warriors is more impressive than 3k for Assassins, as Warriors can't crit). Though Bandits and Assassins can top that, they can't mob, which handicaps them in 3/4. Brawlers are pretty good, too, but their damage on single targets isn't as good. They don't need as much accuracy gear to hit 130, though, so I dunno.
