The point of the scrolls is so that you'd be able to put points that would have gone into dex for accuracy into str instead; not everyone has that fancy equipment.

Well, if they're truly that useless, I'll take this opportunity to say that HealingAure will gladly take any and all accuracy sword scroll donations via Duey.
I guess it's more of a poor person's scroll than anything else, seeing as most high level people already have maxed out acc gear.

They can be fairly useful, but most acc weapon scrollings go something like this -
30% ACC
60/70% ACC
60/70% ATT
60/70% ATT
60/70% ATT
60/70% ATT
60/70% ATT
for that decent acc boost (8 and 4 DEX, which is another 2+) and only a loss of 3 attk.

Eh it's not that hard to be dexless nowdays. I don't miss at horntail and my base dex is 6. I can even hit with just a sniper pill on the mid head. My base accuracy is 157 with max attack gear. Ht pendant does help significantly but even then I only needed a few dex equips for ht. Sure a lot of high lvl warriors below 160 will miss at ht but that's mostly cause of lvl difference. Mainly my accuracy comes from a well scrolled zhelm and a +1 ht pendant. On topic though the accuracy scroll really aren't that useful unless you don't know what equips you should be getting.
