This is already happening, though. People make new characters simply for their links/cards, and then move back to their main. Opening up your link options by giving them to every class adds more variety, but ultimately it doesn't matter because we may get the twelve link limit that KMS has. You would just have more options to customize your main (and mules, because these small buffs do a LOT for mules) than you currently have.

Every job should have a return to hometown beginner skill. Not link though.
Imo every set of class should have a link skill, not every individual job.
Explorers
Thief's - 5% Luk, Avoid, Speed
Warrior - 5% Str, Def, Stance
Magician - 5% Int, Magic Def, Magic Avoid
Archer - 5% Dex, Crit, Acc (
)Pirates - 5% Dex/Str (Can choose which link skill to give, Pirate class itself get both), +5 jump (bypass 126 jump) Couldn't think of anything else tbh
Resistance - 5% Status Resistance (excluding classes that already have link skill)
Heroes - 5% ATT (excluding those that already have link skill)
Each class having it's own individual link skill is ridiculous tbh. Only hardcore players have time for that. That's what level 3 link skills are for.
