Keeping those factors aside, American law forbids public SSN knowledge for a very good reason, so not much worries xD

What problems would it fix? grinders would slowed, leechers would get more desperate and determined, and everyone else would be reduced to multiple accounts and fm mules after several hours
not to mention the decrease in people buying x2 cards.....
