Most of my dreams reflect on reality only that different places are suddenly switched around and are slightly altered. The world also seemed smaller than reality. And for some reason, I can easily remember my dreams coz they were so vivid. weird...:f6:

Some periods in my life, I notice I have no dreams whatsoever. Some periods I have tons, like every night.
I've had them for the past two nights, and not good ones at that... <_< They're all different, and I forget most of the details a few minutes after waking up. It's sooo random.
I wouldn't say it scares me... I don't wake up sweating or anything. But the dreams are not pleasent.
When I was younger I kept having dreams of me falling off buildings o.o it was quite weird.. it was like every night. And right before you hit the ground, you wake up. lol. I heard a lot of people have those though o.o

I always get those half-asleep dreams, where you're not fully asleep yet but your imagination takes hold. It's almost always me falling off a cliff, right when I'm about to fall off, my body jerks violently and I 'wake-up' breathing heavily, though I never fully fell asleep in the first place.

Once I dreamed about somehow being both the murderer and the victim of a crime (after horror shiz, so to be expected with my imagination)

I never had dreams. None. All I see is a black screen in the back of my mind.
However the form of dreaming is very unusual. I see black. I hear a shet load of things. Not a single night goes by in silence. The things I hear are from animal sounds to people speaking in foreign languages, to conversations, to music. There have been times when I heard a quote in a dream and someone tells me that quotes the day I had that dream. Weird.

Haven't been sleeping properly recently either, so I don't really have dreams.
The last one I remember vividly was of me and my bf. Not sure what we were doing, and suddenly, I was in my ex's arms and he was about to kiss me in a public place, I pushed him off me, and when I blinked, I saw my bf standing in front of me looking really hurt. I don't know wth happened there... o.O Maybe it suggest that I am not over my ex? I hope not
Sometimes I would fall asleep and feel like I was freefalling from some high place, and wake up, not remembering what the dream was about. I sometime even dream about something that's about to happen. I remember when I was in primary school in Taiwan, there was a fish pond at the main gate, and there were koi and the floaty plant thing in the water. One night, I dreamed that my friends were playing at the edge of the pond, and they both fell in while I watched them. The next day we were on cleaning duty in that part of the school, and my friends started to play on the edge of the pond... well, I stopped one of them in time and the other one still fell in the water. She got in trouble with the teacher... lol... The most recent one I can remember about the future was that I dreamed about a part of a lecture I went to the night before I went. So the part of the lecture was a huge deja vu. ut I am weird and I get deja vus all the time...
I don't think dreams are meaningless, most of the time they reflect things you really want, and things you are seriously afraid of.
I have a question for you guys, when you dream of something involvng yourself, can you decide what you want to do next? Or do you just feel like you were controlled by something?

I dream often, but rarely does the memory of the dream stay in my head for more than a day.
I can remember one dream stillquite vividly from last summer.
I in the cabin of some ship. And it was me and this guy that I liked. We started to caress eachother, bascially in mid-air as if the cabim was flooded with water or something. Then it jumped to me being on a little row boat on the ocean with two other people. They were yelling at me for something(not sure now) and then I looked into the water. What I saw was a girl with extremly long black hair floating up to the surface, dead. And I knew some how it was my fault. Then I woke up.
-shruig- I don't know what it means (I somewhat believe in dreams having meanings).
And @Icy: it depends. Sometimes I dream lucidly (where I know I'm dreaming and I have complete control over things) and sometimes I don't and I can't control the fate of the dream. I've often had dreams (which I hate) where I know I'm dreaming and I try to wake up, but as hard as I try, I simply cannot and its painful.
