You still have to pay taxes on a free car. Unless Nexon has specifically mentioned that they would pay them then no one should participate in this because you'll be getting screwed by them as usual. $20,000 car comes with $6,000 taxes. Enjoy your free car.

guess i'll just level my char in dfo to 20 and mess around on DN to at least qualify, haha.
