Is this correct? Otherwise please rank them in the proper order.
Attack % and/or Total damage % is always better than PrimaryStat % on a weapon (and you can only have those two on a weapon anyway)*. So only opt for primaryStat % if you have nothing better to get.
*Math alert:
- 103% stat + 3% stat = 106% damage (2.91% damage increment, from 103 to 106)
- 103% stat * 103% attack = 106.09% damage (3% damage increment, from 103 to 106.09)
The more % stat you have, the less significant each % stat is; whist you can only get at most 3 lines of Attack %, Total damage % or the other stuff (read: not so much of them), its relative value remains unchanged.

Ok so i was wrong for listening to Locked because he was wrong when he said that boss and total damage dont stack and that %stat was better than total damage.
So now is this the best possible you can get because its proven that they all stack with eachother?

Does attacks = 9%? Or just 3%?
I read that Total Dmg % will take the lower value... same case for attacks%?

No offence to you or him, and I'm not doubting your math, but I am slightly skeptical at the numbers presented. I'd need a damage SS for confirmation.
Edit: W/ range included in the same SS if possible.
Ill try to cube myself a weapon as such tonight if I can finish my data collection with PDR and the like.

That SS was long ago and his range is much higher. That was also pre-bb.
