Far as I know it's just like the Comb from an Anego, just a collector's item. Once you get it there's no new quests or light bulbs or anything.

Did your Ulu city quests go ahead and reset themselves? I finished them all on day 1 and now they aint in the completed list, but Ralph the wanderer got the Savior of Ulu city quest available again.

The Krexal card is glitched. I have 5 (after picking up only 1, gg nexon) and all the tabs are blank.

Same for pretty much all Ulu City (and Ninja Castle? not sure) cards.
