The what? You can just right click the person and press "follow" again and it'll separate the connection.

I mean if you don't want to be stalked, uncheck "follow" in the game options, which prevents follow invitations.
Or just decline the follow invitation.

Hope there is an option to block stalker requests then. If there isn't, a lot of people will complain. Just imagine getting spammed by these UI/Notice Stalker requests. It'd be pretty annoying having people abuse this which hopefully no exploits come from this. It's just as wierd as having these random people send you chat invites or party requests.
