I might be wrong, but I think hitting 500 at your first try will land you the medals. The quest keeps a log of your highest combo count, and Cassandra offers the first medal you haven't gotten until you have all three or not enough combos for the next.

Nexons wording being ambiguous again. By saying "these rings", they imply that they just give you a new ring at levels 30, 50 and 70, allowing you to keep the old one(s) each time which'd result in 3 equippable rings for 6 att/matk/all stats and 60 HP/MP. Yet it wasn't like this in other versions was it?
