I like the names. Just calling them "Element Sprite" Makes them sound like copies of each other, which they essentially are. But using Latin names distinguishes them and makes them sound original.
Nexon sometimes comes up with crappy names, but then they come up with awesome ones like this.

Its Storm, Fire, Lightning, Darkness and Soul.
First of all, Singaporeans and malaysians speaks simple english so giving fancy names doesnt give much difference.
