Refreshing doesn't help. I also know it's not my browser since it happens on IE also. So I would assume it has something to do with a setting of mine, if somehow these spoilers are different than all the others on other forums. O_o

Looks like the EXP is a little better than usual, but it's still not quite up to par on what it should be.
For dropping the potion, it seems like that would work, but I don't even have to look at the quest data to know that Nexon Korea must have figured out a way to prevent that.

You could always drink it on the Zakum Altar, 1% loss > 5% loss

But yeah, it should work at 1% loss to drink it in the town, and we don't know if the map that the NPC that gives you that potion is on is a town map or not yet.

Im thinking, maybe they have it set up so that you have to be dead in order for the next quest to begin
Meaning, you pretty much have to drink it in front of the NPC, and talk to him as a ghost...? That would be one way in order to prevent us from just dropping it
