Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
Played my first normal game in a few weeks with some friends. They're all low ranked (silver-bronze), so I had to put in a little effort to carry them. It was a very fun game, and the most fun I had on LoL in a while! I was playing Jinx, and ended up something like 19-5.

In regards to the events these past few hours...all I have to say is:
Well that escalated very quickly.
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
Dyrus has a new friend in jail now!
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
Welp. Everything is kinda back to normal. That was...interesting.
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
The other team tried to double jungle. Cheesed us level 2 with a 2-man roam bot. Fortunately I was playing Fiddle...Varus got a double kill and the other team was very confused.

Bought Jinx and her kit is really fun!
I still love Vayne, but I feel like she (or any other non-Trinity ADC) isn't in such a great spot anymore. No more Vayne main for the time being. :f4:

Vayne is fine right now, it's just she's a high skill cap, and while lane bullies are popular, Vayne isn't. When lane bullies are popular Vayne tends to fall out of favor. It also doesn't help they nerfed her Condemn. It's like, the opposite of a QoL buff. I played hundreds of Vayne games since she was released (she was the first champion to come out when I started playing), and the Condemn change is the single worst change they've ever done, because it makes her feel sloppier to play. One of Vayne's shining qualities was her fluidity in her skills and movements. With her not being able to auto attack after Condemn, it makes trading with her harder (before, with enough attack speed, a good way to get a Silver Bolts proc would be Tumble+auto->condemn->auto while they're being knocked back, and they can't retaliate at all because they're out of range now).
If you get going on her, you can still carry games, but they definitely made her a lot harder to play. With the game being so lane-phase centric at the moment, she's naturally going to fall out of favor anyways. Vayne's weak point has always been laning, until BotRK was released. I feel like if BotRK was ever nerfed again, then that would be the death of her, because at this point she's balanced around it. I feel like if BotRK was removed, she could get some buffs back. But, overall I love BotRK on her, so I don't mind. It's literally the perfect item for her.
But TBH, since the release of the last 2 ADCs, I feel like being lane bullies is the status quo of ADCs now. Jinx and Lucian are both very scary ADCs, and much less support-dependent than Vayne is.
I'm more concerned with where Tristana and Kog'Maw are at right now. I feel like Tristana could use a rework, or she'll always fall behind the other ADCs. Kog'Maw I feel could either use some skill tweaking or a rework. I'd love if his Q got the QoL treatment Tristana's E got, and scale with his auto attack range, so when he has W active, his Q is the same range and can actually be utilized.
But as far as Jinx goes, I absolutely LOVE her, and she's so much fun. I love her thematically, and play style. I honestly feel like she's the Sona of ADCs - she has a little of everything an ADC could possibly want (except a reliable escape, which honestly isn't necessary with proper positioning, and with Jinx's skillset, she doesn't need one at all).
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
I just love how leaverbuster somehow suspends me for no apparent reason whatsoever after a match, when I had no connection problems...
Baffling part:It gave me a week suspension when I never got busted at all.
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
Did you ever leave in the middle of games, even against bots?

Never. Not even in bot games. It started as a normal game and then right afterwards, *Poof* Suspension notice. It later said I have a week's (lv7) suspension. I was like, okay, one day, that's fine...I guess, but I thought it was a warning first, then suspension, but the look on my face when I saw it was a week...Priceless.
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
Huh, that's very weird. It's usually just a warning, then a one day ban, then a week ban. A ticket might help I guess?

To sum up what they said:"Deal with it, we can't overturn it because that's the policy, here's some ways to fix your problem (When there is none,), this level is now on record."
Basically, I can't "crash" again or else, *shrug* beats me, I swear I feel a banning coming on. I like this system and all, but not allowing people to appeal suspensions like this is total pomegranate. (Aside from the fact people can fabricate stories, but then again, if you got things like logs and stuff they require, why wouldn't they do that?)
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
You sure a little brother or something hadn't been logging on? I spotted a 0/1/0 Ashe game that ended in 25 minutes in your match history and that's a little strange.

I'm guessing it says "Leave", then. I suppose. I don't remember crashing, yet I just checked my match history on a smurf and it had multiple "Leave" games. I really have a clue now on what the heck's going on.

Check your account for sabotage from hackers?

Well, I ended up finding out that roughly 4-5 "Defeat" Matches were deemed "Leave" matches because my connection was apparently "too slow". (And those matches I was basically just hiding for my life the entire match until either defeat or surrender, and I'm guessing it looks suspicious or something because of the KD, but I was in that match entirely, but I've sent logs in proving that I was in these matches, but in the history, they're recorded as a Leave.) [This is the most confusing part of this entire case, and all I can say is that I'm so confused.]
Then again, the last Leave match I had was caused by my cousin who does not read notices whatsoever (the one @Corn pointed out, and I guess I deleted the warning e-mail they sent, either way, wouldn't it have been a one day suspension to begin with?)
The whole system and not being able to appeal these kinds of claims is genius, but this alone is a really major flaw.
...Anyways, the Runann's Hurricane vs Shiv vs PD debate got really out of hand during one match today, where the entire match, my entire team was yelling at one another to use one over the other or the other...Then they yelled at me for using Ashe whom they/or is deemed "the weakest character" in league. I get it how I have such a small pool of champions I can use, but I've tried out a fair bit of them, and none really...suit what I like.
...Is Aatrox any good? (Starting with him tomorrow in a long list of champions to use on a friend's account.)
Re: How was your day? - League of Legends edition
Aatrox is beast. Zombie Aatrox is unkillable.

You were probably reported for doing that. I think LeaverBuster handles some of the AFK/leaving the game reports as well if it detects you not moving in the base.
