For those worried about the Lv. 130 weapons being hard to get, this video shows that they need some Monster Crystals, Stat Crystals, Lidium, and some item probably obtained from Alchemy or Herbs:
Spoiler
So yeah the Lv.130 items (weapons, at least) will probably be easier to get then Timeless. I don't believe I've seen the Lv.140 stuff in the Alchemy thread, so I can't say anything about that.
I forgot about that!
Not sure how much I like depending on a potion to equip my stuff, but I could get over it.
At least it can't get dispelled.
Yeah....
Nexon needs to learn that this isn't WoW.
We shouldn't be going on 'raids' specifically to get the best gear.
We should be fighting bosses to get experience and skill books and the like.
As you said, the point of godly gear should be to let us boss better.
Conclusively, I think we can all agree that these equips have replaced the majority of known godly equips in GMS. My question is, are these easily obtainable? Are these items found via monster? Boss? Also, does the 30% boss from the set 6 bonus stack with 30% boss from a weapon?
Well it looks like ores and crafting items will be much easier to get with those crystals that are freakin EVERYWHERE. Not really sure which skill i want. Forging set items or rings with awesome stats?
I think it really depends on if anything will be tradeable. This could lead to people having a desired prof on their main and having the 2nd on their alts, similar to WoW.
Yeah, I'm gonna do that too. I'm gonna go for Jeweler and Equip Maker on either my Bandit or my Gunner, then have a Mining/Foraging mule. Then I'll grab Alchemist with some other character. Will probably have some repeats so I don't have to keep transferring raw materials.
To be honest, I seriously think they should consider making some changes to the system. Maybe create Expert Professions, learned by having two specific Professions on a single character and have both these professions at Lv10. They could make the quest required to get this Expert Profession ridiculously difficult, and make levelling up the regular Professions to Lv10 obnoxiously difficult as well. This would deter people from exploiting the system/
I think they're untradeable, but I haven't checked yet.
Just saying, you HAVE to have one of the bases (Mining or Herbalism). If you choose mining, your second profession has to be either jeweler or creator, if you choose herbalism, your second profession has to be alchemy.
Does anyone know if the pot cooldown will be excluded from the release of the patch?
I can't see playing anymore if you can't heal yourself anymore when trying to grind.
