I don't think diligence affects clean slates or 20% scrolls. So Max vs no diligence would be identical in this case.
The slates are untradeable so you should have assumed he was talking about the regular scrolls.
Of course dilli works on 20%s. o.o
I'm pretty sure 20%s count as special scrolls since they dont follow the normal pattern of extra stats given. Though i could be completely mistaken.Quote:

It took me 24 of the 7th anniversary 20%s to finish the 9 slots of my weapon with maxed diligence.
I personally have not used enough 20%s to decide whether diligence affects them or not. I've just been trying to apply some logic (with the help of rumors) to what Nexon deems special scrolls. And in the end it seems absolutely fruitless.Quote:
