You have self haste on. Your speed is only 130% but your jump is only 119%. I don't think this is the best proof ever, but keep it in mind.
Your mastery is too high for your class. Dual Bladers only have 70% mastery, because you have no forth job mastery Decent CO doesn't do anything.

In that other SS, 209496 / 299280 = .70 exactly.

Your stats are too damn high.

Weapon Defense: 1.5 STR + 0.4 DEX + 0.4 LUK = 1.5(783)+.4(1439)+.4(9764) = 5,655.7 actual wep def. Displayed: 17348. Unless you have 300% DEF, this is unobtainable. You only have 62% from Mirror Target, which makes it 9,161.1.
Magic Defense: 1.5 INT + 0.4 DEX + 0.4 LUK = 1.5(838) + .4(1439) + .4(9764) = 5,738.2 actual magic def. Displayed: 15947. Unless you have 300% MDEF, this is unobtainable. You only have 62% from Mirror Target, which makes it 9,295.884.
Weapon Accuracy: 0.4 STR + 1.6 DEX + 0.8 LUK = .4(783) + 1.6(1439) + .8(9764) = 10,426.8 weapon accuracy. Fair enough, I can see this as being obtainable.

No, didn't heard of him back then. As far as I know, only the top "serious threat" players were invited. Burgeoned didn't mention anyone else to replace him.

Self haste: I used a pot from the maple admin that removes haste because I was slate hunting. I knew you'd bring this one up, not the others, well I kinda did.

Even you should know that using a item that only removes a certain part of the skill keeps it intact.

Just to clear the stat thing up, which you'll still see in the YT vid, if you think back there were certain equips floating around with xxxx battle attack. There were also other stated equips.

Doesn't the Marauder character card effect should say 3% additional damage? Or is it 3 additional damage to my range per my level?

I know this may have been asked before, but how does it works? Is it just poor wording?
