Locked, I do apologize for being very inactive lately and not contacting you. I've been packing for vacation. Because I will be going on vacation starting tomorrow, I will resign from this tournament.

With the information provided ITT I have updated the brackets because I was confused. Dustin can shine light on it whenever he comes back online. Something's weird about it since there was some moving and dropping out.
