This entire album is a blessing for the people of the world. There are not many albums in existence that I delight in as much as this one. If I enjoy 2-3 songs, it's a solid album. If I add 4-6 songs to my steady playlists, it's a pineapplein' world-class album. If it's Princess Ghibli, I melt in my seat and wet myself every other play-through. And, it's basically cheating, but the only albums/combinations of albums/greatest hits albums that enter the same stratosphere are Fatboy Slim's greatest hits, Mumford & Son's two studio albums, Nero's Welcome Reality, Pendulum's Immersion, Zedd's Clarity, Atmosphere's You Can't imagine How Much Fun We're Having, Kanye West's The College Dropout... and a few others. Which is to say, out of the 10,000 songs in my library, this album truly stands above the rest as something I can play over and over. Princess Ghibli is truly one of the most complete, enjoyable, exciting albums I've ever heard. It spearheads my taste in metal, and defines many of the traits I enjoy most in metal music. It nails what delights me most in a good cover and genre mashup. It's got energy, it's got spunk. Damn, it's awesome.
