Got an A on all my exams last week, so I'm looking at maintaining my GPA and now I'm not going to fail Chemistry. YAY

Got accepted to Georgetown's Semester in DC program for the summer!

Now I'm going to have a serious discussion with my parents about costs and all that shiznit (DC ain't pretty if you're not loaded with cash, lol). I'll also consider other internship offers before coming to a final decision on what to do for the summer. :f1:

Oh, so I'm on topic: Today was great. Almost done with work stuff which means that I'll be saying goodbye to a wonderful group of people. Bought some new shorts since my favorite ones went missing. Helped some kid in the Chemistry help group with some homework problems so that made me feel special.

Now I'm deathly tired, it's only 9 pm, and I still have yet more stuff to do.

My face is already paying from my greasy Legends meal yesterday, so obviously I opt for pizza tonight. Large pineapple with ranch crust and an order of Howie bread, woop woop!

edit: eating the pizza and it's delicious. even more so with a blue moon. time2relaxxxxx

Sometimes you just don't know what the pineapple happened.

To answer @Sarah's post:

In the words of Esquire's fashion assistant, who interviewed me: "you'd be in charge of the fashion closet, and will need to pick up product from places like Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci on a daily basis. We'd also need your help at photo shoots with people like Ryan Gosling."

But yes, I'd also be getting their coffee, running managerial errands, etc. Typical internship stuff.

And @WillDaSnail, CONGRATULATIONS! After all that freakout and self-hate you land an internship in D.C. at Georgetown?! If your confidence level didn't get a massive boost from this I'm going to do the most epic headdesk ever.

Big ball of emotions that I can't even begin to explain.

The gist of it: huge spiral of disappointment.

Got a letter from the college I plan on transferring in the fall...
telling me that my Scholarship application got denied/not chosen for funds.

Lovely...cuz I don't even live with my parents, nor do they pay a dime towards my education.
