I haven't tried them myself but I think the area bosses in Hene (MM/ZMM/BMM) are pretty good exp.

Rather dissapointed. Even if I walk there no Kentaurus spawn, so it's really really easy and pointless. Much better to just have yourself teleported by job advancement guy.
