I wouldn't doubt Luminous, Kaiser or maybe Phantom... I'm not sure about the rest.

Is this even debatable? She's doing 5+ hits a second at 8-10m damage each hit. At the regular 999,999 cap a normal class would have to have over 50+ hits per second to even compete. No other class in maplestory even breaks half that.

Soul Seeker with Soul Seeker Makeup does about 39 hits/s at up to 10m per hit.
