you'd need 16 pieces of gear at 36% dex each just to get to 576%
and correct me if i'm wrong, but currently these are the possible equip slots, right?

pendant pendant cape belt
earrings glove arrows weapon
eye acc. face acc. android (potentialable rings, like wedding ring and that one derpy low level ring)

That's what I figured. It had always increased your attack range, and only recently (Ascension/Jump) has all %damage increased your attack range.
