Looks like they are not even trying, not only the government but the citizens too. Pineapple, Greecynadians! We get that it's not "your fault", but these protesters will make it worse staying home. It's not like in a war, citizens do not defend the freedom of their country and culture simply cause "it's not their fault" But don't worry, we economically stable countries will gladly take a few islands of Greece as a payment.
In other news, thank you Netherlands for being the only country with Finland, who voted against Romania and Bulgaria joining Schengen countries. Both of these are still third world countries, as the leaders steal the cash EU gave for their own uses instead of using it on improving circumstances of Romanis in the country, the reason that it was given for. Why the pineapple did other countries vote them to have an even easier way for Romanis to move abroad EU to beg. The problems with Romanis start from Romania and their attitude towards the romani population.

I haven't seen anything on this on other news sites yet, so I wonder when more people find out and what reactions we're going to get from the EU and such. Either way, things don't look too good for Greece.

It's cause Greece is going to default on all of its debts soon. Which means that they're buying tanks that they most probably can't pay for.

And if they somehow can pay it's by using the money they get from the EU to recover from their current crisis. I read those tanks cost 3.2 million each when they're new. So if they cost like half of their new price, thats 3.2/2*400 = 640 million Euros. The money they get from the EU is tax money from everyone here. So their wasting our tax money on tanks, while they should be investing it properly so they can pay us back.
EDIT: Here in the Netherlands we also have to make cuts to make sure we can help all the countries which are in financial trouble. Greece is pretty much ruining it for everyone.

On the books, once the deal is signed, the Foreign Debt has grown smaller by however much those tanks are worth. When, or whether, the money actually comes rolling in is immaterial.
Meanwhile the US defense industry gets a much needed shot in the arm.

Most likely those tanks will never be payed for, Germany will confiscate them and remelts the steel for own use. :+)
