The hilarious thing about this is that someone on Basil was like 'This is your only chance this year to scam Nexon and turn your 4 hour EXP/Drop coupon into a 5 hour coupon!' a few hours ago. This instantly screws over his plans.

Time going backwards gives many database systems indigestion.
The safest way to deal with the end of daylight saving time is to take the database down, move the system clock back an hour, and leave the database down for at least an hour.
That way, it is sure to not have events recorded with a timestamp that is earlier than previous events.
This is just as true for the billing (NX) database as it is for the game(s) database(s).

I'm not getting an error message though, I see AhnLab load but nothing after that on my XP comp. My win7 laptop shows AhnLab loading twice... then nothing.

I'm still seeing the "MapleStory game is currently offline." message. Even trying to launch the game through GameLauncher only nets me the "Maintenance" message and a crashed HackShield error lol
I bet someone forgot to switch the game servers online, because Vindictus and DFO came up either on time or shortly after the estimated time.
