Group leaders will finally be notified of pending join requests.

There was no native support for this short of checking your groups constantly, so several pending requests are out there waiting for replies that group leaders are probably just noticing for the first time.

Finding all the semi obvious "why doesn't that notify anyone's is harder than you'd think though.
