Alright. I plan on getting a Chinchilla soon. Perhaps 2, so the other won't get lonely. I have some leftover Birthday money and planned on spending whatever I have left on getting what I need. I watched some videos, and read some information on what's needed and how to maintain them.

Now, to the point of the thread. I'd like some advice and perhaps the costs of purchasing and maintains Chinchillas. I don't know for a fact if Fiel & Willow own any, but It seems safe to assume that they do. o_o

Anyways, any advice is appreciated. Thanks~

2nd Gen Horntail

2nd Gen aka the old Conspiracy is now selling Horntail pendants! We've changed our name but the people behind the runs remain the same! No this does not include eggs at the moment, however since there are no eggs the price is significantly reduced!

What is a Horntail Pendant?
The pendant is an equip which goes over your pendant slot (obviously) and takes up no additonal slots. Think of it as another zakum helmet! The average (important) stats for a Horntail pendant are 7 Str, 7 Dex, 7 Int, 7 Luk. They also provide an incredible amount of defense, magic defense, and avoid. There's absolutely no downside to this pendant! Plus, it comes with three slots which can be upgraded (however currently GMS allows that only one can be upgraded) via an egg looted from killing Horntail. Currently we are not releasing the egg for sale as most of our runners are still in the process of looting them. Do not fret through, eggs will come soon, and when they do, we will offer separate rates for those with pendants but no egg and those with neither pendant nor egg, so there is no problem with receiving a pendnant early. Get those stats you always wanted today!

230mil - Pendant, NO Egg

Currently we must require, similar to zakum runs, that a trusted member runs on your account (this is for our safety, not yours). We can assure there will be no scamming of any sort, as we have pendanted a number of characters already.

Requirements and what must be ready in order to purchase your pendant:
-Must be level 120+
-No HP requirement
-War of the Dragons/The Medicine for the Secret Transformation quest is ACTIVATED, NOT COMPLETED
-Cornian's Dagger (obtained via 1 Mithril and 1 Steel Plate and 1 Rusted Dagger from Cornians and refined in Leafre)
-1 Cornian's Marrow from Cornians
-1 Skull Shoulderpad from Cornians
-1 Manon's Cry from Manon
-10 Dragon Skins from Wyverns of any color
-Note that most of these items can only be collected once the quest is activated.
-The Horntail party quest does NOT have to be completed.
-The Hero's Will quest does NOT have to be completed.

Once you have fulfilled the above requirements, you are ready to obtain your new Horntail pendant! Additionally, if you need help completing some parts of these quests, contact Bawble or Mollypop in order to work out solution.

Well My plans for pirates is...
Ima stay up will the patch is done. Get on. and start up my pirate. Gunna get the job and start training to infighter FIRST THING! gunna get 2x EXP, TONS of pots, alot of ACC potions. Its gunna be wicked! Im really excited for pirates. Sence im into the Pillaging theme. Im a thief and pirate guy. How many of you in GMS are excited for Pirates.

Guys the skills is Screw Punch, and it takes 1.5 seconds to charge. Hits 3 monsters

You can charge it while moving at full speed, and you can even jump. So between mobs its easy to charge up

Recently, my laptop has been making some strange buzzing noise that would go on and off every 5 seconds or so.
After checking every part of the outer laptop, I noticed that the source was coming from the fan.
My only thought? Clean the Fan!
However, cleaning the fan from the outside didn't appear to work.
What was I left to do? Find my way through the laptop to be able to clean the fan.
This has been my first time opening up a laptop (God, Desktops are 100% easier to handle <_<).

I wrote a Perl script that generates a prepatcher, given any old manual patcher, the xxxxxtoyyyyy.patch file from the ftp, NewPatcher.dat from the ftp, and the patch notes (yyyyy.txt) from the ftp.

If you don't trust me, you already have a Perl interpreter, or you just want the source, download the source at: http://www.cs.stevens.edu/~gnajda/make_p...patcher.pl. The source was packaged into an executable using PAR-packager. I am placing the source in the public domain.

If and only if you choose not to use the .exe and use the Perl source instead, you will need the Perl interpreter, which you can download here: http://www.activestate.com/store/downloa...d58c2648ca (download the x86 MSI). Once it is downloaded, install it. Again, you do not need to do this step if you are using make_prepatcher.exe

Now put make_prepatcher.exe or make_prepatcher.pl in a folder along with the ManualPatch.exe from any recent version (available at http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART...amePatches), the patch file for the new version (xxxxxtoyyyyy.patch) from the Nexon ftp, NewPatcher.dat from the Nexon ftp, and the patch notes for the new version (yyyyy.txt) from the Nexon ftp. (ftp://patch.nexon.net/Maple/patch/)

Run make_prepatcher.exe or make_prepatcher.pl (if you installed Perl, make_prepatcher.pl should be double-clickable). This will create a file of the form 00058_patcher.exe in the same folder. That's your prepatcher, run it and patch. I recommend backing up your MapleStory folder first, just in case it doesn't work.
