Sneak into Aspire, the Wondroid company, and help their androids escape in the Mechanical Hearts event! Earn coins that you can exchange for great rewards!


Aspire, Maker of Wondroids

Everyone likes to have an android to join them on quests, and now the latest model is here—an intelligent, emotional creation that rivals a human! Welcome the Wondroid, Maple World’s hottest new android companion. Everybody wants one and Aspire, the company that developed it, becomes rich!

But everything is not as it seems at Aspire.

Players Lv. 33 and above can begin the event by clicking the Mechanical Hearts event notifier on the left side of the screen and selecting the quest ‘Wondroid, Aspire's New Product!’. Travel to the headquarters of Aspire and meet Jess, a research employee.

Sneak into the underground laboratory with Jess, and come face-to-face with the harsh reality of Aspire’s android business. If a Wondroid isn’t perfect, it will be discarded. The fact that the Wondroids feel pain and have emotions is disregarded by the company.

Rescue the Wondroids

Help Jess and other Aspire employees rescue the suffering Wondroids! Open the Mechanical Hearts event UI and select a Wondroid to rescue.

Get close to the Wondroid to become connected—the Wondroid will follow your lead as long as you stay close to it. You also gain access to skills to control the Wondroid such as teleport, jump, lift and throw, follow, and more. Give the Wondroid commands in chat, such as “Jump” or “Run”, to aid your escape.

Lead the Wondroid out of Aspire’s laboratory, being careful to avoid detection by Aspire.

Look out for traps along the way! Each Wondroid has a different personality which can influence how well it can avoid traps. Unfortunately, not everyone is equally good at avoiding these obstacles.

If your Wondroid is defeated by a trap, you’ll receive an achievement and some Aspire Commemorative Coins (x30). Because you are now aware of the trap, you’ll be able to avoid it in the future!

If you successfully manage to navigate your rescued Wondroid out of harm’s way, you can take it to your hideout.

There are many Wondroids that need rescuing, and you can unlock the ability to save each one by meeting certain requirements. In order to attempt another rescue in the same day, you need an Aspire Visitor's ID, which you can acquire from daily quests.

Explore the Grounds

Once you’ve rescued all of the Wondroids, or if you feel you need a break from rescue missions, you can explore the nearby woods and laboratories of Aspire on your own. Hunt the various monsters that appear, investigate the labs, and earn Aspire Commemorative Coins, mesos, and EXP. You can explore Aspire 5 times per day, and you will need an Aspire Visitor's ID in order to get inside after that.

Rewards

Earn Aspire Commemorative Coins that you can exchange with NPC Alec, located in your hideout. Each time you successfully rescue a Wondroid, it becomes an NPC in your hideout. You will also unlock the ability to purchase that model from the coin shop.

Meet the permanent androids you can acquire: Aster-oid, Rhearoid, Katroid, Anastasioid, Roxxyroid, Apolloid, Jaxoid, and Sarimroid.

You can also pick up permanent android hearts and 30-day equips for the androids. Get your hands on the new Glimmering Wondroid Heart (Req. Lv: 120, STR/DEX/INT/LUK +10, MaxHP +500, Weapon ATT/Magic ATT +1, 9 upgrades available, can be enhanced up to 12 stars) and Wondroid Heart (Req. Lv: 50, STR/DEX/INT/LUK +5, MaxHP +200, Weapon ATT/Magic ATT +1, 5 upgrades available, can be enhanced up to 5 stars).

Don’t forget to grab some accessories for yourself too! Two different accessory sets are available in the coin shop. Equip the items within each set to receive a set effect.

You can also find the Aspire Industries Damage Skin and For Display Purposes Only Chair.

The coin shop also contains Mastery Books, 8-slot bags, AP and SP Reset Scrolls, 2x EXP and Drop Coupons, and more. Purchase the Aspire VIP Area Pass to access the VIP area and rescue the Anastasia Wondroid.

Additional Events

There are other ways to earn Aspire Commemorative Coins during the Mechanical Hearts event. Check the Mechanical Hearts event notifier on the left side of the screen to accept these additional quests.

Hang onto the Aspire Solar Battery for 30 minutes to turn it into a Charged Solar Battery, and receive Aspire Commemorative Coins (x10). You can complete this three times per day.

Hunt 300 monsters within your level range (10 levels below and 20 levels above), to earn Aspire Commemorative Coins (x20) and an Aspire Visitor's ID. You can complete this once per day.

Attempt to rescue Wondroids over multiple days to earn rewards!
