Prepare for the Heroes of Maple with a special summer log-in event!



Each day between Friday, June 17 and Friday, June 24 you must stay logged in for 1 hour, level up one of your characters by 10 levels, and complete daily quests from the Dark Decree daily dungeon to obtain rewards. This event is available in both Reboot and non-Reboot worlds. Here are the details:

Tier 1

• Stay logged in to MapleStory for one hour each day during any three days within the event period, level up one character (Lv. 33 and above) a minimum of 10 times, and complete the questÂ*deciphering Mercedes' decree from the Dark Decree daily dungeon (minimum 2 days). You’ll receive the following rewards:
  
  • Heroes Coins (x25): Untradeable.
  • Lucky Meso Bag: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • 1-Hour 2x EXP Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • 1-Hour 2x DROP Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.

Tier 2

• Stay logged in to MapleStory for one hour each day during any five days within the event period, level up one character (Lv. 33 and above) a minimum of 10 times, and complete the quest deciphering Aran's decree from the Dark Decree daily dungeon (minimum 4 days). You’ll receive the following rewards:
  
  • Heroes Coins (x50): Untradeable.
  • Lucky Meso Bag: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • 1-Hour 2x EXP Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • 1-Hour 2x DROP Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.

Tier 3

• Stay logged in to MapleStory for one hour each day during any seven days within the event period, level up one character (Lv. 33 and above) a minimum of 10 times, and complete the questÂ*deciphering Phantom's decree from the Dark Decree daily dungeon (minimum 6 days). You’ll receive the following rewards:
  
  • Heroes Coins (x100): Untradeable.
  • Lucky Meso Bag: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • 1-Hour 2x EXP Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • 1-Hour 2x DROP Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • Master Craftsman's Cube: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • Meister's Cube: Untradeable. 7-day duration.

Logging In

• You must log in between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM Pacific each day, and stay logged in for the entire duration with one character. If you switch characters or log out, you’ll have to start over!
• You need to log in after midnight (12:00 AM Pacific) to start the timer for that day and have that day count for the event. If you’re currently logged in at midnight, you will need to log out and then log back in to start the timer for that day.
• You do not have to log in with the same character on all days. You can log in with different characters on different worlds on different days. However, each day you must stay logged in for one hour in one session with one character for that day to count.

Leveling Up

• You need to gain ten level-ups with one character (leveling up on multiple characters won’t count).
• The character that levels up does not need to be the same character that participated in the login days.
• The character that levels up does not need to have been created before the event.
• Leveling only counts from Lv. 33 and above.

Rewards

• This can be completed once per account. These rewards will be distributed during the scheduled maintenance on June 30. You will be able to claim your rewards by clicking the gift box icon on the left-side of the screen before midnight (12:00 AM Pacific) on July 11, 2016.
• You can only receive one set of rewards from this event. If you meet multiple qualifications, you will only receive the highest tier's reward.
• The rewards can be claimed on any character on the account that is Lv. 33 and above. You do not have to claim the rewards on the characters that participated in the event.

The Dark Decree requirements have been changed.

For Tier 1 rewards you don't need to do any Dark Decree quests at all.
For Tier 2 you need Mercedes (2 days)
For Tier 3 you need Aran (4 days)

But on the minus side, you now have to level 30 times for the 3rd tier. So, get a character to 63 before the Burning event, for 50 coins and two in-game cubes.
