Fixed:
Kanna and Hayato will not receive the Gold Beach quest line.
The Gentle Explorer Face(Blue) will no longer disappear when using expressions.
The Aran skill Combo Tempest will no longer reset when set to a hotkey.
Shining Santa Box will have a chance to reward 3 or 5 Reboot Coins.
Reboot Coins will now be limited to 90-99 a day between Shining Santa Box, Rudolph’s Shining, and Gift Filled Christmas Socks.
The tabs in the production skill window is now in English.
The Bowmaster Arrow Platter is now correctly named Arrow Blaster.
Permanent Roo-C pet can now equip Roo-C Baby Bonnet.
Permanent Roo pets can now use Roo-bot Paint Coupon.
Beast Tamer will now display the Pink Lolita outfit correctly when changing to Bear Stance.
Gollux’s Heart will now correctly reward items.

Gameplay and Functionality:
Monster familiar cards are not being dropped be certain monsters.
Kanna will incorrectly receive the Zakum quest from the warrior job trainer in El Nath.
The platforms that appear on the 2nd of 3rd phase of the Gollux fight will disappear if the player dies.
The Kinesis skill ESP does not increase Max HP and Physical DEF.
The Beast Tamer skill “Meow Card” does not buff party members.
The Beast Tamer skill “Meow Heal” does not heal party members.
The Bishop skill “Angel Ray” does not heal party members.
Familiar skills that knock back or pull enemies do not work.
Hiezan Hayato and Ayame are unable to use certain skills.
The item “Return Scroll” does not work when upgrading equipment with “Spell Trace”.
”Pink Bean Additional Entry Ticket” does not work.
The medal quest “Easy Rider”, “Tiny Legs”, and “Ride Collector” cannot be completed.
Ranmaru will not appear after disconnecting while fighting him.
The game will hitch when defeating enemies with several of Beast Tamer attacks.
Multiple mage jobs cannot complete 32nd floor of Tower of Oz.
Multiple mage jobs cannot attack in Dragon Rider Party quest.
The Shade skill “Soul Splitter” does not increase the damage dealt when attacking stationary monsters.
The quest “The Birth of Shingo” cannot be completed after completing the quest “The Alliance Gathers.”
Players will not receive indication of a matchmaking failure if their opponent exits or disconnects when attempting to join Boss Arena.
Days do not reset for the Scared in the Dark medal after skipping a day and abandoning quest then restarting the quest.
[Silent Crusade] The Silent Crusade Set in the Crusade Codex is no longer correct.
[Silent Crusade] The Coco card can't be obtained.
Rapidly attacking while on the roborider in the quest ‘NLC Under Attack’ will cause players to disconnect.

Art/Graphics:
Bobble and Pom Pom in Star Planet are incorrectly wearing Halloween costumes.
The Chalk Damage skin will partially cut off when landing a critical hit.
[Luminous] The first text bubble that appears over Luminous's head after the Black Mage fight in the tutorial is reversed
Graphic effects from familiars do not appear.

So?

As far as I know, the Coco card can be obtained now, btw. But people who defeated it while it wasn't dropping the card, can't get it again.

I've no idea why they keep this list around, tbh. A lot of things on there are either no longer relevant or been fixed.
