Monsters that drop level 70 equipment?

I know this sounds really dumb, but I can't find any monsters that drop level 70 equipment.

I've tried the following so far:

(Lv. 66) Copper Drake - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 69) Dark Drake - Level 60 equipment
(Lv. 70) Taurospear - Level 60 equipment
(Lv. 70) Jr. Cellion - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 70) Jr. Lioner - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 70) Jr. Grupin - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 71) Cellion - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 71) Lioner - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 71) Grupin - Level 40 equipment
(Lv. 76) Jr. Sentinel - Level 80 equipment

Edit: Remembered that NPC's sell level 60 and 70 equipment. Much faster than farming monsters.

Try the monsters near Ariant/Magatia (the ones outside in the desert maps, not the ones inside the buildings). Grupins Cellions and Lioners never had their drops updated probably, since they have pretty much always had level 40 drops.

I just noticed that level 60 armor is part of the "2nd [Class] Set" and level 80 armor is part of the "3rd [Class] Set". Are monsters intentionally not dropping level 70 equipment for this reason?
