What are the best skills to steal as a Phantom?

In the past it used to be rapid fire, Turret, Holy symbol obviously (might still be up there) and such. But after so many reworks and with one coming pretty soon, what are / will be the best skills to steal ?

1st job: You could steal Haste, Dark Sight (helpful at Magnus), and maybe Magic Guard
2nd job: Dark Clarity/Channel Karma/Rage (has damage reduction as well), Heal
3rd job: Cross Surge (DK's main damage buff), Holy Symbol, Dispel
4th job: If you're more damage-focused, then steal Final Cut and maybe SE or Rapid Fire. If you're using the phantom more for support, steal Freezing Breath (Ice/Lightning bind) and Resurrection.

I think most phantoms that boss will use Turret in their 4th memory slot and cross surge on their 3rd.
