Earlier this year, we sold three different kinds of
Black Dragon Eggs containing items of the Velskud set. When the sale ended, many of you still had leftover eggs.
We have been giving compensation for any leftover
Black Dragon Eggs,
Corrupted Black Dragon Eggs, or
Arrogant Black Dragon Eggs through
Customer Support. If you still have unused Black Dragon Eggs, you have until
11:59 PM Pacific on Tuesday, October 27 (2:59 AM Eastern on Wednesday, October 28) to submit a ticket requesting compensation.
1. Go to
https://support-dragonnest.nexon.net/.
2. Click the blue “Sign In” button in the upper right corner of the Support Center.
3. Sign into your Nexon account that has the leftover Black Dragon Eggs.
4. Click the green “Submit a Request” button in the upper right corner of the Support Center.
5. In order to route your ticket properly, select the
Gameplay Issue category. Use the title “Compensation for Unused Eggs” for the subject line. Select
Dragon Vault Issues as the sub-category.
6. Fill out the remaining fields in the ticket, including your account’s registered email address, your account ID, server, and the names of the character(s) that still possess Black Dragon Eggs.
11. Click “Submit” at the bottom and you’re done.
We will delete all of the leftover Black Dragon Eggs from your account, and credit you with
1,000 Dragon Scales per egg within 72 hours of your ticket being submitted.
You will not be able to request compensation for unused eggs after
11:59 PM Pacific on Tuesday, October 27 (2:59 AM Eastern on Wednesday, October 28). Unused eggs will remain in your inventory, and will not be converted into any other type of egg.
