Rein Strait quest issue

So I waited till I was 118 on my PB to do Rein Strait questline. I am now having an issue with one of the first parts where you collect wood from the broken ship. I have used NPC chat and clicked all over them, It doesnt even show them having the option on the mini map. Any suggestions. I know they are supposed to be there because I even tried watching a video on YouTube to make sure I was not missing something.

In your Quest window, under the Available tab, is a button labeled "show my level" or "show all levels". Click that until the lightbulb shows over the lumber.
