Okay, I do not normally post threads like this, but I am having a really hard time wrapping my head around this.
According to the skills themselves, this is what we have:
- Flame Charge - Base damage = 140% (200% with Elemental Void/Elementalism)
- Blizzard Charge - Base damage = 140% (200% with Elemental Void/Elementalism)
- Lightning Charge - Base damage = 250% (310% with Elemental Void/Elementalism)
- Divine Charge - Base damage = 405% (Not affected by Elemental Void/Elementalism)
My question is simple. On paper, divine charge still has the highest damage percentage, even when the other three are boosted by Elementalism. If this is the case, why in the world does my Divine Charge have the lowest damage output? When all elemental charges are maxed out at 5 and I have the Blast buff active, I do around 800k-1m per line with Blizzard, Flame, and Lightning charges. However, when I use the Divine Charge, the damage is lower than all of those, at around 700k per line. If this skill really has 405% damage, why in the world are the other three out-damaging it? Even with Elementalism active, the first three charges still have less damage than the Divine Charge. Am I missing something?
