I really wonder what's included in "misconduct".

If I'm remembering correctly, censor bypassing, harassment, and KSing (not accidentally, but deliberately following someone and trying to prevent them from gaining any exp at all) were initially included under Misconduct, not sure what else or if anything's changed. Possibly making false reports as well?
