    Nexon posted a patch for KMST version 1010 upgrade to version 1011.
    You may download this patch from their official site and begin creating your pre-patcher now.

    Going by Google Engrish they Marksman changes don't look that great.

    Changes to star force make it less costly and less risky

    As for the skill changes I'll just wait for extractions, too many mentions of reversed changes to make sense

    I think they just increased the duration of some buffs and changed the lvl of the hyper skill that cancels the cooldown on snipe, it was lvl 195 in KMS if I'm not mistaken.

    It looks like they increased the damage cap on snipe again?

    "[Seunayiping-limit canceller]: The level cap has been increased."

    Unless that means they increased the level you can use limit canceller.

    Skill rebalancing. What a golden age to be alive.

    They increased the level required for Limit Canceller and reduced the level required for Cool Time Reduce. Something about the barrier of entry to use cool time reduce being too high.

    An interesting observation was how they change the number of times Chain Lightning sound to play according to how many mobs it hits. It's a nice touch, but I wish we had this sort of touch elsewhere...

    In return for lower numbers (damage, amount etc), they also reduced cooldowns (and delays), and also increased proc rates. I certainly appreciate the reduced cooldowns. Things like Trifling Whim... that's gonna be fun seeing arrows fly everywhere. Unfortunately, for people with high latency, that's likely rather wasted on us.

    A more logical/user friendly change I'd assume would be the reason. Snipe- CD Reduce being a must have essential tier as MMs, I believe, don't have much of a sustained 1v1 ability early on. Whereas, you won't really be hitting an extra 100m at lower levels anyways.
